Site Managers - Multi Activity Day Camps
Wanted! Super Camps are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to help run our activity day camps for children aged 4-14 years old. We are seeking Site Managers to work during the Easter and Summer holidays in various locations across the UK. The role of the Site Manager is to manage all staff, resources and processes to ensure the smooth running of a Super Camps Site. This role is paramount to the success of the camps. Specifically the SM is expected to:
1. Manage and direct staff to ensure the children in the care of Super Camps have a fun, stimulating and safe time.
2. Ensure all staff adhere to the processes and procedures in operation at the site.
3. Allocate staff to timetabled activities and other duties required to ensure the Camp runs effectively.
4. Work with Senior Activity Instructor to ensure leadership and direction is offered to staff at all times.
5. Ensure children are cared for in a safe and appropriate manner and that quality activities are planned and delivered by staff.
6. Ensure all staff carry out their duties to the best of their abilities.
7. Liaise with parents with regards to the children's needs and feedback on any issues relating to children.
8. Liaise with Head Office.
9. Liaise with host site representatives.
Experience or Qualifications:
Site Managers will typically hold a Level 4 qualification or equivalent i.e. a trained teacher or childcare specialist and will have experience in this field. Minimum age 22+.
