- EXPERIENCED Head Chef required for a brand new pub& restaurant situated in the beautiful country side of Buckinghamshire You will be using local produce, supporting local growers and farmers ensuring only the best produce are used. The ideal candidate should be experienced with cooking from fresh produce, to be able to make a good GP, and be very creative with their menus and be a good leader The right Head Chef must have good knowledge of HACCP and hold a basic or Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
