- As a Hotel Assistant Chef your responsibilities will include supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen. You will help supervise other team members in the absence of the Head Chef and ensure that our high standards and procedures are maintained. You will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for 40-200 guests in one of our chalet hotels. In our largest Chalet Hotels, there is a more formal kitchen structure, with Sous/Chef de Partie/Commis chef roles. You need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills
