You'll assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing all the food at your hotel, from hearty breakfasts to cr che meals, packed lunches to three course feasts in the evening. And when the Head Chef's not there, you'll be in charge. You'll assist with stock takes, help with the costing of 12 day menus, contribute to training and be a friendly, welcoming presence that guests look forward to chatting to over dinner.
