A Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) School in the London Borough of Merton requires a Heath Care assistant to work on a one to one basis with a young child with SLD and complex medical needs. The school caters for children aged between 3-19 years with SLD and complex medical conditions, severe communication disorders, bi-modal sensory impairment and challenging behaviours.
