Resolving our 'pre travel' customer issues, these teams work hard to understand our customers' needs, proactively offering the finishing touches that create special holiday experiences and resolving any challenges along the way.

It's an exciting time for us right now as we continue to build on making our customers feel special and we have some fantastic opportunities in our pre travel teams in our Coventry Call Centre.
