Crystal Ski Sous Chef Standby
If you want a good Chef job in the snow where you will get the opportunity to ski when not working then this is the job for you.
The role will include assisting the Head Chef in running the kitchen and providing excellent quality food and service. You will help to plan and cook meals, assist with stock taking and undertake cleaning duties. The Sous Chef will work as a key member of the Crystal team within the ski resort. The hotel catering is an integral part of customers holiday and our friendly hard working staff are committed to providing a memorable holiday to all those who travel with us.
Requirements
Essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised

Strong Attention to detail
Positive and friendly manner
NVQ level 1,2 and 3 Previous
Head chefing experience
Desirable
Second language in either French, German or Italian
Previous experience of working in a ski resort
