Ground Contracts & Flight Inventory Senior Executive
Based in Balham
Part of TUI Travel PLC, Exodus is an adventure and activity holiday company specialising in walking, cycling, winter activities, photographic and wildlife holidays.
The primary function of this role will be to costing of trips load and maintain the data loaded in Travelink (our reservation and pricing system).
You will be working closely with the Costings & Inventory Manager, relevant Trip Managers, Aviation Manager and Customer Operations.
What You'll Be Doing!
To assist team members with pricing decisions before sign-off by Costings Manager
Ensure Travelink is accurately loaded with all details required to sell our holidays, including flight set up, ground arrangements and all tour cost data.
Receive, evaluate and load new Operator quotes from Product department
Support Sales, Customer Operations and Product with any component loading issues
To answer help-desk queries regarding Travelink
Assist with the ongoing development of Travelink
To help create pricing solutions
New trip set up, including help with configuring new products and contracts on the system.
Maintain data loaded onto Travelink
Load and maintain cost & flight details on the system
Load any new data onto the system (i.e. new hotels, operators, airlines etc)
Occasional systems testing which may require staying late to facilitate
To provide first line support on Travelink issues and assist with resolving problems or documenting bugs to pass onto the systems support desk.
What We're Looking For!
Proven Commercial pricing experience of Travel product is essential
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
The ability to manage repetitive tasks without losing focus on quality and standards
High level of numeracy
Good team-player
Knowledge of Airline contracts would be advantageous
Ability to prioritise workload on a day to day basis
Proven problem solving ability
Good written English as much of the information loaded will transfer into client documentation and/or partially onto the web
